Training Courses

Wood Safety Consultants provides Department of Transportation (DOT), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) compliance training programs as well as other safety and health-related classes, such as CPR/AED/First Aid.  These programs have been designed to efficiently and economically deliver realistic, student-driven, quality training since 2004.

American Red Cross

Wood Safety Consultants is a Licensed Training Provider of American Red Cross adult CPR, AED, and First Aid classes.  Our classes are designed to meet the needs of workplaces, the general public, schools, and other organizations.  Classes are held at our facility in Chesapeake on a monthly basis.  Please see the current schedule for dates.  Classes can also be held at your location.  Please contact Cherie at (757) 436-1033 or email us for a quote.


Safety and Compliance Programs

Basic compliance training programs include DOT Hazmat Employee training (including mode-specific classes such as IATA and IMDG), EPA generator and disposal facility personnel programs, and a complete series of OSHA courses, including Confined Space Entry, Bloodborne Pathogens, Hazard Communication, and others.

All classes can be held just about anywhere in the world.
